Are Cambodian Consumers Aware of Unsafe Food? Are they Willing to Pay more for Certified Domestic Veggies?
If so, then it might be a calculated risk for smallholder farmers to invest into getting CamCAP certified. With the certification, they can sell their fresh veggies to supermarket and receive a price premium. We investigate consumers' preferences using a Discrete Choice Experiment
